AI Check-in Calls
Your AI agent now calls you on a set schedule (weekly or monthly) to deliver a business briefing — call trends, job stats, escalations, and more. During the call, request changes to your agent and they'll be executed automatically afterward. A push notification delivers a summary of everything discussed and acted on.

Smart Geofencing for Technicians
Technicians no longer need to manually tap "Arrived." The app uses GPS geofencing to automatically detect when a tech reaches a job site and transitions the job to In Progress. When they leave without completing the job, you get a push notification with a one-tap option to mark it complete.

After-Hours Dispatch
Jobs are now time-aware. Emergency requests go out any time. Routine jobs queue until the next business day based on your configured hours.

Multi-Trade Support
