I canceled my subscription to this app last summer, but even after canceling, they kept charging me every month. DON’T DOWNLOAD/USE - YOU’LL REGRET IT!! ### 1/5 — Unauthorized Subscription *2026-03-30* I got to the screen where it asked which subscription I wanted, and I didn’t select one, because it’s ridiculous to charge $20 a month for this. Before knowing this, I connected to apple pay, and authorized the 1 cent verification transaction. I didn’t get a subscription, and I closed the app, and later that day, I see a transaction from recharge city for $20. They signed me up for a subscription I don’t authorize and charged me $20, which I also did not authorize. This should be illegal, so be careful that you don’t get scammed by them. ### 1/5 — Scam App *2026-03-14, version 4.3.7* Charged me $20 without my permission and then the charging station I was at didn’t even have any available chargers. They did not refund my money either. ### 1/5 — Nothing works *2026-03-05, version 4.3.7* Every time you try to select “Account” or “Subscription” or anything other than location, there’s just a blank grey screen. Idk if it’s intentional so that you can’t cancel but literally nothing on this app works besides the location finder ### 1/5 — SCAMMERS *2026-02-26, version 4.3.7* These guys have been charging me $20 a month since September, with no way to cancel the “membership” (That I didn’t even sign up for) through their app. When I contacted their support for the last charge they told me they had cancelled my membership and refunded me, what do you know I get charged again today. Support was no help and ghosted me after a single reply. I keep going back and forth with a chat bot to get a refund. Can’t write to support because the button doesn’t work. While doing all this my phone died.
