ReCharge is Indonesia's first Power Bank Sharing Company. Operating since March 2018, our service offers a combination of smart machines and a savvy mobile app where you can share the ReCharge Power Bank energy by renting and returning it to ReCharge Station. We aim to give an affordable and complete solution to keep your mobile devices charged and keep you connected.

Everywhere you go, don’t worry about having a low battery! We have 1,000 ReCharge power bank stations to help you #CegahLowbatt across Jabodetabek, Bandung and Yogyakarta.  After your battery is fully charged, you only have to return the ReCharge power bank to the ReCharge Station nearest to you.

Aplikasi ini perlu update, banyak lokasi peminjaman powerbank yang sudah salah. Lalu karena ditaruh di lokasi yang sulit dikenali, bahkan satpam dan customer service Mall tidak tahu dimana lokasinya. Dont mention the Recharge agent customer service. Not helping at all, slow like sloth to reply chat.

this is a complete scam. once i signed up, there was no way for me to cancel. no customer support at all. i was charged $20 every month, had to dispute it every month, and ended up having to close the credit card bc they said there was no way to stop the reoccurring transaction.

DO NOT CHARGE TO APPLE CARD. i had to close my entire account bc apple and goldman could not stop the reoccurring transaction.

I’m severely disappointed with apple and goldman on their inability to help.

saya sudah topup 30k di aplikasi dan melakukan scan tapi aplikasi menunjukkan tidak ada powerbank yang tersedia (jelas” ada), sudah coba ke 4 tempat sama semua. Tolong diperbaiki, konsumen sudah topup malah tidak berguna

Mengecewakan bgt.. saya butuh urgent dengan battery tinggal 1% dan diharuskan beli paket yg harganya 75rb. Pas mau dirent malah gabisaaa katanya “no powerbank available” padahal di mesin masih ada 1 unit.  Sampe akhirnya HP saya mati dan gak jadi pinjem powerbank. Minta refund atas powerbank yg saya gak bisa pinjem jg gabisa. Very very bad experience, customer care not helping at all

Udah top up, udah beli paket, tapi malah error “Cannot find available powerbank in this machine, please find another machine”. Kejadian pas scan di SEMUA rental di Gandaria City Mall. PERBAIKIN itu PBnya. Rugi saya.
