The platform feels built for office admins rather than the agents using it in the field. Basic tasks require too many steps, and frequent glitches give the impression this was launched before it was ready. Presenting it as a polished product instead of an opt-in beta test puts agent productivity at risk and risks alienating users. Additionally, the Lucy AI behaves more like a rigid chatbot than a true AI assistant. I'm hoping future updates fix these foundational issues, but right now, it feels overpromised and underdelivered. ### 3/5 — Love My ReChat *2026-05-10* Love my ReChat but it still has some quirks like not being to review video chats I recorded on my I-phone.
