I have many recipe books which I have to trawl through to find a particular recipe, even with book marks; so this app would have been ideal for grouping those together. However it does not extract from books. It allows you to upload a photo of the ingredients and then makes up a recipe. If you attempt to upload a photo of the ingredients and instructions together it states that it cannot process the recipe (I think due to the text being tiny this way). But it’s really 5 days bc you have to go in and cancel it 24 hours before the reup time but 48 hours to play it safe. Even more time to be safe if you’re doing it on a weekend. You get 5 uploads a week or you have to pay for their membership plan which is like $40. I canceled the sign up set up and deleted the app from my phone. Stick to writing them down, printing them out, or find another app. Honestly even Google Docs is so much better.
