### 2/5 — Won’t load recipes

*2026-08-21, version 1.7.8*

I have tried repeatedly to use this and purchased it as I transitioned from another app. At first , the recipes loaded tho it took a while . Now in the past week , I have tried to load numerous reipces and I get error message after error message . Buyers remorse. This is an Easter of money ! Don’t buy !

### 5/5 — If You Cook You Need This

*2026-06-10, version 1.7.7*

What a godsend! This app delivers exactly what it promises and hits all the right notes.
I now have more than 200 of my recipes stored in Recipe One and can access any of them with just a few taps. Before, I spent far too much time digging through stacks of recipes and notebooks trying to find that special dish I made months ago. Now I simply type the recipe name into the search field and—BOOM!—it's right there.
One of my favorite features is the ability to download recipes directly from the internet and save them instantly to my collection. It's fast, easy, and incredibly convenient.
If you love to cook, you need this app. Highly recommended!

### 5/5 — Great no frills /no subscription recipe organiser

*2026-05-26*

I’ve been using this app for nearly a year. It was a cheap one off payment rather than a monthly/yearly subscription that you’re tied into like most recipe organiser. But it works pretty good and seems to be improving over time with further updates. There can be glitches sometimes the recipe doesn’t load to app first time and occasionally get an error message on uploading and have to redo it. Every app gets glitches time to time it’s no different. You have to create your own category cookbooks and save/sort the recipes into those yourself - would be good if it could auto this. If you open a recipe link in FB or Insta it doesn’t upload to the app until you open the recipe in your web browser. An absolute bonus is that it will save paywalled Bon Appetit, NYT, and probably some other subscription cookery/ recipe platforms completely without needing to pay subscriptions - this alone is worth the small cost of this app many times over!!

### 5/5 — Easy Weekly Planning

*2026-04-22, version 1.7.1*

Love this app! I can download recipes from any social media, I can change the amount of people eating and it changes the required ingredients! I can also create a shopping list with the meals I chose.

### 5/5 — Weiterempfehlung !

*2026-04-14*

### 3/5 — Good but Glitchy

*2026-04-03, version 1.5.1*

App does a good job of extrapolating recipes from videos. However certain buttons on the UI do not work. I have tried to use the green + button several times to add a recipe and it does nothing when I try to

### 4/5 — Great app with one suggestion

*2026-03-29, version 1.5.1*

Great app and easy to use. The one thing I’d love though is to have the option to add sections to the ingredients like there is with the direction. So if there’s a sauce all the sauce ingredients come under that section rather than with everything else.

### 5/5 — Convenient; Time-saving

*2026-03-16, version 1.5.0*

Best app ever. Easy to use; intuitive. Serves as a one-stop for my recipes.
Friendly, responsive customer support for my sync’g question. I even use this for cleaning formula recipes and hacks. Huge thanks to this App Developer.

### 5/5 — Great way to safe recipes

*2026-02-26, version 1.4.3*

Works exactly as advertised. A must have any serious cook.

### 5/5 — Outstanding App

*2026-02-19*

Kudos to the brilliant developers of this Recipe One app. They have thought of everything! It’s so easy to use & serves as my one-stop recipe compilation. It converts all recipes, whether from videos, photos, notecards (even decades-old index cards made by ancestors), or inputted instructions, into a well-organized, easy-to-read platform. I can include photos & insert my own notes & modifications. I rarely write App reviews but this one is outstanding. I’ve even incorporated formulas/instructions to make cleaning- & misc products. Possible features to add: option to show my own recipe rating near recipe title instead of via the Editing function; ability to organize/move recipes within each Cookbook; ability to configure displays into a simple list format (cf to grid format) for recipes and Cookbooks; easier ability to incorporate its Grocery List into my master grocery list.
