## What is RecipeBook AI?

RecipeBook AI helps preserve the recipes your family kept on paper.

Scan an old notebook page, review the AI result, correct uncertain fields, and save a clean recipe with ingredients, steps, notes, time, servings, tags, and the original photo. Build notebooks for different family branches, favorite recipes you cook often, invite relatives as owners, editors, or viewers, and export a recipe or full notebook as PDF.

What you can do:
- Add recipes manually or from a notebook page photo.
- Review AI scan results before saving.
- See uncertain AI fields highlighted for correction.
- Keep original photos private in your account.
- Search, filter, favorite, and organize recipes in notebooks.
- Share family notebooks with owner, editor, and viewer roles.
- Export recipes and notebooks as PDF on supported plans.
- Use light and dark themes and 16 in-app languages, including Arabic RTL.

Plans:
- Free includes limited manual recipes and 3 AI scan trials.
- Pro includes unlimited manual recipes, 50 AI scans per month, PDF export, family notebooks, and original photo storage.
- Plus includes 200 AI scans per month, larger family sharing, batch scan support, and priority queue.

AI scans are not unlimited. Photos selected for AI scanning are processed through the RecipeBook AI backend and OpenRouter. The OpenRouter API key is never stored in the mobile app. No ads. No third-party ad tracking.
