Ians training program and the app to compliment it are the best investments I’ve ever made in my fitness journey. The results I’ve experienced in terms of my physique, my confidence with training and diet, and my overall mental space have been remarkable. It won’t be long until ian is charging a lot more for online training than he is right now, so if you haven’t jumped on the boat yet, I’d make the leap.

The app is updated daily with workouts, there’s a community portal, recipes and all the information you need. Brittany and Ian are super responsive and I love that I can track my progress right in the app.
