Started this program 4 weeks ago, and never felt better!! I always worked out at the firehouse but never incorporated nutrition. Now started a workout routine with a lot of different movements along with eating right, WOW!!! Feel great!! The coaching is exceptionally awesome!! Coaches have been through their own experiences and with the teams…it all comes together in a fantastic way!! The program is worth it, and you have to be ALL IN!!!!!
