This app is the absolute best! It is full of helpful ways to heal from a toxic relationship. It has a course on helping you decide if you should stay in your relationship or not. I love the mantras and they have helped me in my daily life and when I have specific things I need help with. Tiffany and Kierstyn have been a powerful force to have on my side and have helped me to become the woman I am today.  I highly recommend this app.

I get so much value from my 1:1 coaching sessions with Tiff and Kierstyn, but am so thankful to have another resource for when I need a tool right in the moment! This app has such a range of courses to fit my needs, rather if it’s a quick 2-5 minute exercise to help get though crisis mode, or 5-hours of content when I’m more grounded and can commit time to do more of a self-reflection deep dive!

I love this app and the relationship recovery. If you are going through a break up, toxic relationship, or divorce this app is amazing. Having a daily resource right on my phone makes such difference. I highly recommend this app and their podcast so much good information.

This app is so helpful and insightful! they have videos for people going through breakups, working on yourself and tips for going into a more healthy relationship. i love the modules, they are easy to follow along and easy for on the go listening. definitely recommend!
