## What is Reclaimer?

Reclaim your time from distracting apps.
Social media and short-form video apps make intense stimulation constantly accessible. Time Reclaimer helps you intentionally limit access to these apps and step away from the habit of reaching for your phone without thinking.
Select the apps you want to lock and choose a focus time. The apps remain unavailable until the timer ends.
If you truly need to unlock them early, you must walk the distance you set in advance. Walking itself is not the goal. It creates deliberate friction between the impulse to open an app and the act of unlocking it, giving you time to decide whether access is really necessary.
