The functional calisthenics program altered my body in the most wonderful ways. My posture has improved, I developed a higher level of body awareness and I feel the strongest and most comfortable I’ve felt in my body in a long time. I’ve just started The Reconnect program and it’s exactly what I need to ensure my mental, emotional, physical and spiritual being are fed even with me busy schedule. I highly recommend this app, the fitness programs and TBanks as a functional strength coach.
