Now, when I call, I get a person I can barely understand because they’re obviously in a different country. I have been fraudulently charged a document processing fee of $35 on my account which I do not owe. Now they’re saying there’s no way to correct this and refund my money. I was told there’s not even a corporate office that I can call to get this resolved or anybody else I can talk to you to get this resolved. It constantly asks you to enter your gate code even though the code is stored and displayed in the app. The gate only opens about 50% of the time.
