## What is RECODE App?

This is not another meditation app. This is a complete belief reprogramming system that creates identity level change. Your results are being run by your subconscious and it's time for an update. RECODE uses breathwork, hypnosis, and EFT tapping together along with a neuroscience backed targeted daily system to ensure maximum results!

HOW IT WORKS:

1. RECODE: Choose the belief you’d like to transform and press play on this 22 minute session, done once.
2. Make It Stick: Use the corresponding RISE (on the go, energizing audio) and REST (sleepy, before bed) each day for 7 days.
3. Stack The Wins: Use the "Proof + Winning Streak" to celebrate shifts, stack evidence of the changes happening, and notice all the positive glimmers in your day. The more you notice the good, the faster your life is going to change!

WHAT'S INSIDE:

A growing library of RECODEs across Manifestation, Body & Health, Relationships, Money & Business, and more. Daily RISE and REST playlists. Pep talks from Tara, subliminals, and high frequency meditation music along with a belief tracker, habit tracker, and your own wins log — all in one place.

HOW TO GET ACCESS:
