Recently, I got a chance to use Recode Products, and I bet their products are here to beat the high end luxury products- offering international standard products at minimal cost. The quality of products, the packaging and the customer experience is surreal. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for support regardinga damaged product I received delayed and unhelpful responses. It felt like no one was truly interested in resolving the issue — just generic replies by AI without any real solution. Good products should be backed by reliable support, and sadly, Recode failed in that aspect.
