Despite multiple attempts to reach out for support regardinga damaged product I received delayed and unhelpful responses. It felt like no one was truly interested in resolving the issue — just generic replies by AI without any real solution. Good products should be backed by reliable support, and sadly, Recode failed in that aspect. I really hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their response time and accountability. ### 1/5 — Non serious *2025-04-15, version 7.4* Making customers foolish, not able to provide delivery, but consumes customer time, customer care is in deep sleep, i am very disappointed. Recently, I got a chance to use Recode Products, and I bet their products are here to beat the high end luxury products- offering international standard products at minimal cost. The quality of products, the packaging and the customer experience is surreal.
