## What is RECOG?

Speech to Text is using IBM® Bluemix® Watson Speech to Text service. Media formats are: Voice recording with MP3/WAV and Video recording with MP4. 

Notice: To start transcripts, you need to create an IBM® Bluemix® Watson Speech to Text account and store credentials in settings.
