You can not hit an arrow to go back. You always have to close out of the App but stepping up on your phone to close it out and then return to go back in. Also I don’t understand the scoring ! I can t understand how I did. I guess this app is not maintained for glitches or issues…

How is there no way to go back to the main menu? Opening the app from the App Store each time to get to the main menu is a waste of time. The “back arrow” should be basic app build!

There seems to be no “back” arrow, button, anything, to step back out of menus, etc.  i have to with the app every time!  ??

Para los usuarios: no lo compréis si tenéis iPad porque parece ir todo bien hasta que llegas a iniciar el reconocimiento derecha/izquierda. No tiene controles y no tiene ninguna utilidad. Es más, por no tener, no tiene ni botón de retroceso y hay que cerrar la app todo el rato.

Para los desarrolladores: Arreglad este desastre o devolved el dinero. Esta herramienta es ahora inútil. Han desaparecido los controles de la pantalla. 

Para el Proveedor: El NOI Group está fallando muy gravemente en su principal propósito: extender el uso de sus herramientas para ayudar a los pacientes con dolor persistente. Puedo comprender que el cambio de desarrolladores de las apps no sea fácil, pero no puede repercutir en nosotros, los compradores, sin que asumáis la responsabilidad. Nos habéis perdido los datos que teníamos almacenados de las evoluciones de nuestros usuarios y ahora habéis dejado inservibles las apps. Y no son baratas, caray.

Seit dem letzten Update sind die Apps (hatte alle gekauft) leider nicht mehr nutzbar, da die entscheidenden Buttons (z.B. rechts links und zurück) nicht mehr zu sehen sind. Es wird nur noch ein Teil der Arbeitsoberfläche dargestellt.
Mein Tablet ist versionsmäßig auf dem aktuellen Stand.
Bitte dringend diese Darstellungsfehler beheben!

All applications are unusable with the iPad since the update. They still work with the iPhone though. It's very sad because I mainly work with my IPad with my clients. I hope NOIgroup does something very soon !
Toutes les applications sont inutilisables avec le IPad depuis la mise à jour. Ils fonctionnent encore avec le IPhone par contre. C'est très triste car je travaille surtout avec mon IPad avec ma clientèle. J'espère que NOIgroup fera quelque chose très bientôt !

Depuis la dernière mise à jour, impossible de lancer l’appli correctement sur iPad Pro 12,9".
De même, impossible de quitter certaines pages sur iPhone.

I have IOS 17 and the new version of this App has deleted all of my progress which my Physiotherapist has been monitoring (6+ months) along with all my images.  Definitely not as good as the previous version.

I really like how for the quick test I can set the default settings, for example so that it shows me 50 images in a row at two seconds. I wish I could set a default for the other activities like vanilla, currently I have to put my preference each time. Thanks!
