This app is great if it would let you log into the right location, most of my crew can’t log in says they are disabled and on mine there are a handful of people only in the system and the badges are incorrect for what our company is following.

Recognize allows my company an easy way to connect and share positive feedback, which had previously been difficult to manage with a distributed team. We're excited that the app is live, making it a powerful tool for satisfaction and retention. App looks clean and works seamlessly; very happy with the product!

Recognize lets me give kudos to my coworkers at the tap of a button. Great UI, fast, intuitive. Just tap the "new recognition" button (pencil) and choose one or more colleagues, then choose a badge (for instance, Innovative, Fast, Flexible)--then write an optional note and hit send. It will send via email and also give them a push notification if they have the app installed. Overall, a great way to let teammates know you notice the hard work they do, and the badges are more personal and unique than simply telling someone "good job." Recommended!
