I truly believe there’s literally nobody who works at this company – so if you get it and it works, that’s fantastic… But if you have any problems, forget about it- my friend gave me his and he had sent me his email chain with this company. I responded several times. Heard nothing… Downloaded the app got on the customer service portal… Nothing…. four or five attempts if you’re wondering.

After setting it up and doing an initial recording it worked fine.  Now when I turn it on and it’s connected when I hit record it will not start recording.  I have tried powering down several times and reconnecting.

I purchased bundle that comes with 1 year plan and they never delivered the activation code for the 1 year plan. Stay away from this company

No longer syncs recordings making it useless.

After the last update I lost the ability to sync to the app after a recording. I’ve waited for over an hour on a 10 minute recording, and still just spins.

### 1/5 — Transkription auf Deutsch unbrauchbar, auf Englisch auch nicht befriedigend

Ungefähr jedes dritte Wort wird nicht korrekt erkannt auf Deutsch, so dass man mit dem Ergebnis kaum etwas anfangen kann. Wie das überhaupt möglich ist, mit KI ein derart schlechtes Ergebnis zu erzielen ist mir ein echtes Rätsel. Auf Englisch ist das Ergebnis auch sehr enttäuschend! Schade, das Aufnahmegerät an sich macht auf den ersten Blick keinen schlechten Eindruck.

Started out great. Recently the app loads but gets stuck and doesn’t allow any input or actions. Support has been horrible, taking days to respond, saying to resend the details because they were lost. I’m very frustrated.

**Developer response:** Sorry, our developers did not consider the cross-version upgrade BUG. It has been fixed. Please update to the latest version.

I’ve been the app and recorder for a few months now and it does pretty well. The initial transcription is always a little rough and frequently has mistakes, but the AI processing cleans it up a lot and fixes most. While the built-in models and mind maps are not as useful for the type of work I do, the premium subscription allows you to customize with your own templates. I was able to collect some prompts from the other AI services I use and turn them into useful prompts and templates within the app. The custom templates are still in beta and have limited models to choose from for processing. I hope they expand them in the future.

Bought these Bluetooth headphones off Amazon. I wanted some that were comfortable and would not fall out of my ears. These are amazing. They are light weight. The volume is very loud. Great price.
