### 5/5 — Check-in feature when prompted to check not responsive was unable to check-in

I had my Reconnect Community app go off at 11:25 with the amber alert alarm waking me up suddenly I opened the app to hit the check-in link on the touchscreen and I was getting no response. I continue to hit it and then I tried other links they were not working until some of them and did work. I was able to take a picture of myself from the app from another link around that time and just send it in via the document subscription portion. Seems like a pretty big deal when a program that has you under a probationary period to comply by their rules with a threat of a jail time and other sanctions looming if you do not comply and not checking in when prompted is a big one and it all relies on the technology and the upkeep of this application as to whether I have to deal with the repercussions or not. In this case I was there on time checking in and the app would not Respond only in the fashion to let me check in for the account court of Fayette County Georgia. That’s not a little big deal… That is a huge big deal.

The app works well but the one thing that bothers me is the picture taking. When I’m at work @ 6am and wide eyed it takes forever to take a pic but when I’m just waking up and looking like a monster it’s instantaneous. Be aware of that when you’re taking your pics. If they go off of how you look, good luck.

My super old lady Jill needs this to be dinosaur friendly. She keeps asking me to read everything on the app. Make it easier for the old people.

They will coerce you into doing this program by telling you it’s your best option and court will cost a fortune, etc. This is a complete invasion of privacy and the humiliation is not worth it.  All employees run by their own set of rules and backtrack on their words continually.

Instead of only adding/removing the word “No” on the pop-up for testing, there should be color coding. Green for “No Testing Required” and Red for “Testing Required.

This app has given me more anxiety than probation has on its own miss a check in you could be sanctioned but the app will say you’ve checked in then you check the app because maybe you actually get a notification 80% of the time you won’t and guess what your check in actually didn’t go through if it happened once or twice it wouldn’t be a huge deal but it happens all the time so I check the app 30 times a day to make sure

This app stores facial recognition ,long after you are off probation the information u upload will be used in a database to track you through life, the images will be used to identify u at red lights , gas stations, grocery stores, and so on… these types of apps sell your data and information as do all other apps….enter at your own court ordered risk
