IRRITATING! ### 1/5 — App is no good *2020-09-04* This app constantly crashes. Logs in some information and doesn’t the rest. This is t a reliable app and clients shouldn’t be held accountable for all the glitches. ### 1/5 — APP DOESNT WORK *2020-08-26, version 4.0.1* Idk what’s going on with it but they have done some stupid update and now it never works. I keep having to uninstall and reinstall it. And even now I’ve done that 3 times and I can’t check in. It’s an invasion of privacy anyways. I am on medicine and because of this medicine I have to check in everyday to find out if I have to take a piss test: so this app wants permissions to my microphone, photos, videos, location etc.. for what? I’m on medicine, not on probation. Users need to be very careful as it is not accurate, malfunctions, does not provide notifications, and wipes out your information. ALWAYS KEEP TRACK IF YOUR INFORMATION OUTSIDE OF RECONNECT!! ### 1/5 — Battery Drain - Testing App Connection *2021-08-31* The app continuously pops up notification that says “Testing App Connection” and aside from being irritating, it reduces my battery life by 30%. Fix this please ## Most praised reviews (8 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Check-in feature when prompted to check not responsive was unable to check-in *2026-03-10, version 7.0.4* I had my Reconnect Community app go off at 11:25 with the amber alert alarm waking me up suddenly I opened the app to hit the check-in link on the touchscreen and I was getting no response. I continue to hit it and then I tried other links they were not working until some of them and did work. I was able to take a picture of myself from the app from another link around that time and just send it in via the document subscription portion. Seems like a pretty big deal when a program that has you under a probationary period to comply by their rules with a threat of a jail time and other sanctions looming if you do not comply and not checking in when prompted is a big one and it all relies on the technology and the upkeep of this application as to whether I have to deal with the repercussions or not. In this case I was there on time checking in and the app would not Respond only in the fashion to let me check in for the account court of Fayette County Georgia. That’s not a little big deal… That is a huge big deal. ### 5/5 — Love the app *2022-06-21* Works great and helps keeps me on track and organized! ### 2/5 — Mildly infuriating *2026-02-14* The app works well but the one thing that bothers me is the picture taking. When I’m at work @ 6am and wide eyed it takes forever to take a pic but when I’m just waking up and looking like a monster it’s instantaneous. Be aware of that when you’re taking your pics. If they go off of how you look, good luck. ### 2/5 — Add more visual depth or enhanced visual cue *2025-08-26* Instead of only adding/removing the word “No” on the pop-up for testing, there should be color coding.
