Im tired of opening this app updating it and it signing me out for every car im about to scan to tell me “there’s an update available”. I KNOW. I ALREADY DOWNLOADED IT. STOP

All in all has been a good App. Does what I need it to do for my business. Best thing is the customer service. They have always been quick to respond and very helpful. I think most of the bad reviews are people who had issues that most likely got resolved pretty quickly if I had to guess.

Update is just terrible when I’m inspecting a unit I should be able to put driver bed side for only trucks why on earth do I have to hit acceptable for everything huh I mean yes I understand the door jam for the vin but for all the units really doesn’t make sense please just change it back the way it is I’m a inventory specialist for echo park automotive. The app should have been just left the way it is I do also understand the window tints because most of the auction units often have super illegal tints please just consider leaving it back the way it should have been normal and able to click acceptable for anything not for everything driver bed side and driver quart panel it just slows the work down on busy days

I’ve been using recon pro for 2 years now and I feel like it just keeps getting worse and worse. Vin scanner is a joke. Sometimes I can’t log in. Sometimes, like right now, I can’t update that app like it told me to when I went to login only to see in the App Store there is no update. Then I tried to login since there was no update and the screen is just white. Invoices not being sent over after I send them which puts a delay on getting paid. This has happened so many times, it’s ridiculous. Absolutely horrible.
