This app is horrible barely works servers from company go down doesn’t scan vin more then half the time. App is complete waste of time.

All the functions I use on the app work well except for uploading my inspection videos which is a major part of my job. I had submitted a form for help but got no response

I’m a heavy user of this app, and it kills the battery in my 13 Pro Max. Yesterday I used the app for 86 minutes (which is 27% of my screen-on time) and it consumed 42% of my battery. There’s just too much going on in the background, and there’s no need for it. It’s like my phone is being used as a server for while I’m in the app.
