I transcribed an 85 minute meeting and it was not transcribed in order. The ending was last and it took me a while to find the beginning. Very disappointing.

First of all, you have to buy tokens to transcribe anything. I bought tokens and all I keep getting is an error whenever I try to transcribe my audio. Waste of money

This app does a horrible job of providing users with real-time information. For example, tokens purchased are not shown when it’s actively doing something. There’s no way to monitor the amount of time an activity will take-just an unfriendly, ‘don’t exit the app while I’m busy’ type message.  Navigation is completely counterintuitive-Often there’s no way to exit a full-screen. I’m constantly having to relaunch if l want to get somewhere else.  Worse, there’s no ‘pause’ button when recording.  When you stop it assumes you’re done, so make sure you have all your recorded material cued up in sequence.  Tech support, as for most of the little outfits is non-existent. And of course, there’s no FAQ or manual.

We would have a lot to answer you, however we can confirm that there is indeed a pause button, it is the same as the play button. Just tap the button to play, tap again to pause. We do not indicate on each screen all the details of how to exit a screen for example because we believe that this is something that every iOS user masters. The user tests that we carry out as well as our current users have not mentioned these cases to us as problematic, however we take them into account and we will work to improve these points.
We have support and we respond within 24 hours, very often in less than 4 hours. Do not hesitate to contact us by email, in particular via the button in the Settings menu

I made a 60 second recording to test the transcription service. Of course I had to buy tokens. Then I tried it. After an hour it still hadn’t “finished” with the transcription. I tried again, no luck. I tried a third time, let it run overnight, and it was still in progress. Needless to say, I deleted the app. 

Now for the “Developer’s Response,” where they come in here and tell you how great their app is and how EVERYONE loves it, while giving lil service to the one star review…

We sincerely regret your bad experience. A 60-second transcript takes no more than a few seconds to generate. If you encounter any problems, do not hesitate to contact us by email.
The application is free to install and contains many free features. Transcription costs only a few cents for 10 minutes of recording and allows you to form an opinion of the quality of our services. So far our users are very satisfied and we will continue to offer the best.

This ap wont let me transcribe keeps saying an error has occurred - no place to ask for help or have the issue resolved. I have paid for tokens. Usually really good. Please fix
