You cannot even listen to the recording once without purchasing it.
If the call wasn’t so important, I would have never made that foolish purchase.

I didn’t find it easy , every time you need to add calls and merge them . Who is having such time in this world ? And I didn’t find any refund option also .. feeling frustrated … sorry guys I am not suggesting. I think my money is gone .

I have subscribed to the app for 1 year & was very happy that someone is trying to resolve the call recording options for the iPhone users. But, upon following all the steps correctly, still not able to record single call. The merge button seem to be disabled. It would be great if I can receive some assistance to resolve the case.

Hello, I just purchased your service. I would like to delete some of the call recordings. How can I do it. Also, I don’t see any options to rename the call records. Please help.

Developer is committing that its automatic call recorder but it’s not, every time you have to go to the app follow the process and merge the calls that’s too lengthy process.

At least they should give trail period for customers to get the feel before charging the amount.

Deleted the subscription immediately and asked for refund let’s see if the developer returns the amount.

I purchased yearly subscription and when tried to place a call as per instructions given in the app, Its not even connecting to the server number. Forget about making a call to my contact and recording.

This is a fraudulent app. The number you ha e to call to initiate does not work. There is no way to reimburse after you pay for 1 yr subscription. It’s fraudulent and should be banned from app store

I wanted to record call discretely and paid full year price for that as well. As soon as it started recording and call were marzed, it said out loud “call is recording”. Who wants that from a call recording app? I want my money back ASAP. I uninstalled the app right away and I had to go through a lot of trouble for that. Don’t waste your money.

It’s a terrible app. It does not work half the time, and when it does, the audio quality of the recording is really really bad. What’s worst is that I cannot cancel the premium subscription before the three day free trial expires.

I have installed this app and subscribe to premium as well in order to avail all features but unfortunately after spending 2000Rs I can’t see my recordings. Please provide me a solution how to get the recordings or else refund the amount to me within 24 hours.

Ez tape is suddenly stop working in my iphone .i can not make call from ez tape and also can not merge call from this phone .call is automatically disconnected after few seconds and i can not use merge call option as well. I hope u will look into this matter as soon as possible and enabled my call recording peocess from my phone .
