Sometimes will not record calls although it leads you to believe it does and if you don’t take notes you’re left with nothing. Will not record calls with multiple callers. If rename a file so that you can find it play it. There are no settings to cancel. I pay $10 a month for this. I need these recordings. It has no directions on how to transcribe them and when I go in there, it says no voice recordings. You can take several minutes at minimum to save a recording and even then it sometimes just disappears. I look back at my saved recordings maybe a couple hours later and I see four or five copies of the same recording probably because I continue to try to press the save button. I see that the developers had nothing to say about my previous complaints. I lost a very important conversation that it pretended to record yesterday.
