So I had the older, original version of Recorder Plus that I used as a notepad for recording song ideas. Hadn’t used it in a little bit but, when I just tried to use it, a message informed me that that version would no longer be supported. The message told me to download the new Recorder Plus Audio Editor, which I did. But I found that I can’t import the hundreds of song ideas I have on the older version. I tried and was successful in exporting just 3 of the songs, then the new version blocks me from importing the rest. I would think that the songs from the older version would automatically transfer over. Maybe I’m doing something wrong? **Developer response:** Please write to our support email to get support. It’s hard to provide support in this review board. ### 1/5 — Constantly crashes when trying to stop/end the recording and the recording is lost entirely *2025-06-09, version 3.11.18* Crashes and does not save recording to iCloud or Local when trying to stop recording ### 1/5 — Recording isn’t recording *2025-04-17, version 3.11.16* I have missed 3 recording sessions of 20 and 30 min in duration. It had showed it recording, then when I went to hit the stop button, it didn’t populate and I wasn’t able to capture, my sessions. It is appears in real time it’s recording and then when u hit pause or stop; none of these functions are working and freezes up and have zero recording.
