Mises à jour régulières. ### 2/5 — It has limitations *2019-12-17* I have been using this app for a couple of years. I don’t use it often because of the limitations. I have never been able to email the files because every recording that I have done is over 25mb so it always says it’s to large to attach. Also recently, for some reason, all of my recordings are being cut at 7 minutes even though it shows that it is recording the entire time. I go back to listen, and it is cut off. I contacted support over a week ago to get assistance and I have yet to get a response to figure it out. ### 2/5 — Password issue and App Support Issue *2019-08-23* I don’t remember my password and it doesn’t give me an option for resetting. Click on App Support on here and I get a 403 Forbidden Error. This app is useless if I can’t access it and I had several recordings I need to get to... of my recently deceased boyfriend. I tried it with the internal mic that comes with iPhone as well as an expensive external mic for iPhone. Give me a refund please! If issue persist, In case of file deletion you can still find those in settings-> trash and swipe over the file right to left to restore. Suddenly, nothing plays. Nothing I recorded or imported. Nothing. As I am desperately trying to get my files to work, it tells me on one page of the app that I need to pay for the extra features - which I paid for long ago. I needed my files, so I repaid thinking that would restore any function... Nothing works and there is no response from the support. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback! The new update includes automatic iCloud syncing for all your files and folders, eliminating the need to manually transfer recordings." ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work once you pay for the upgrade, zero app support!! *2019-12-19* I used the free version for a month or so, then it removed the playback option unless I upgraded, seeing as I had a bunch of files I wanted to keep on the app and at that point was happy with it, I paid 5.49 for the upgrade. It still won’t playback or unlock any of the options, all I have is an app with a bunch of valuable audio files I can’t access. Absolutely zero! Response from app designer or any help whatsoever. Not sure if this is a scam or their customer service really sucks, but either way steer clear ### 1/5 — What happened? Doesn’t work with iOS13 *2019-12-19* Worked yesterday with iOS 12.4, upgrade to iOS 13.3 overnight, not a single feature in the app works today. Paid for the bells and whistles...now it can’t even do simple playback of saved recordings. No app support available. The email feature is basically worthless because audio recordings are usually too large. Didn’t they know that? And zipping doesn’t reduce the file size down far enough to email. Transcript models are good i can download and transcribe offline. But I can’t find option to make a zip of all recordings. I’m a songwriter and I can either sing into it while I’m traveling or on the road, or sit it down in front of me and play my guitar to capture and save song ideas.
