I have all of my husband’s doctors appointment with his oncologist and special highest doctors recorded. I also used it to record music that I had recorded on my keyboard. Of course the last time they did anything with this app was four years ago and now it will not open up in iOS 11. Perhaps the developer is a turn on to something better. Maybe the app is there but now comes with a fee.
