Maybe the developer gave up since they have not provided any updates in over a year. ### 3/5 — Update needs some work *2015-11-20, version 5.43* Loved this app, but the update is really buggy. After iOS 7 the app kept crashing, then that was fixed. Now it doesn't crash anymore but once the phone goes to sleep the app stops recording. Buenísimo. ### 1/5 — The app keeps cutting off!! *2013-05-26, version 5.06* Whether you're trying to record something or edit the settings on the audio input, it always cuts off on you and you end up back to the screen page. ### 4/5 — MP3 setting causes app to crash *2013-04-22* This is a major nuisance because WAV/GSM is really poor quality and AIFF uses too much data. MP3 would be best compromise, but it causes the app to crash every time after the iPhone is restarted. If you set the app to record when app is started it has to be removed and reinstalled. I'd be happy to pay for the app if they could fix this annoyance. ### 5/5 — does exactly what I want *2013-02-27, version 5.06* This does exactly what I want and does it very well. I had the same issue others have complained of. The app would quit when making a new recording. This happened after I changed the audio format. I changed it back to the default WAV/PCM 22 kHz 16 bits and it works fine. It's the BEST app available for emailing yourself voice memos. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Where’s the save button? *2020-10-04, version 7.20* Records easily on my iPhone 11 with good quality sound but there’s no means of saving into my files and therefore it can’t be sent on elsewhere. The only option for sending a file is email and as I’m recording for the local talking newspaper, the files are too big for email. ### 1/5 — Does not play when downloaded *2019-06-09* After downloading the only thing this app was good for was seeing Ads. **Developer response:** Hi, We are sorry for the frustration with ads. I don't know what FTP is or how to use it so email is the only option to send and save for me. Without the ability to send by email this is totally useless. **Developer response:** Hello, Is the app not correctly sending your file to your email?
