RecordPort turns meetings into shared team knowledge — record it once, get an AI summary, and keep it in your company's cloud.

The first time you record, you'll see a brief consent screen. Lawful use is your responsibility — record only conversations you take part in, and where the law requires it, get everyone's consent first.

How your audio is handled

On a team plan, recordings are uploaded to your organization's cloud, transcribed by Deepgram, and summarized by OpenAI. Both act as our service providers under contract and are not permitted to train on your content. Without a team, recordings stay on your device.
