### 3/5 — Great but please add an offline mode!!

*2026-08-16, version 1.432.0*

Great app and syncs direct to Strava but desperately needs an offline mode as it won’t load custom workouts without it. It could be good at logging weight training to Strava as well with specific reps and weights if they thought about it. but I feel like it is not really developed anymore.

### 3/5 — Support du français

*2026-07-22*

Pas simple en anglais 😞

### 4/5 — Top

*2026-05-10*

Une version française serait la bienvenue

### 2/5 — wrong age

*2026-04-12, version 1.432.0*

says it’s to be used by 13-year-olds and older but it’s actually for 16-year-olds and older.

### 3/5 — Gut

*2025-09-10*

### 2/5 — Good But Very Glitchy

*2025-08-04, version 1.421.0*

I like the mobility and stretching options it provides, but this app is so glitchy. I often have to open/close the app several times before I can get a routine to start, and the last few times I’ve tried to add it onto a Strava workout, the app freezes and I lose what I’ve just done.

### 4/5 — Can u plz!

*2025-05-26, version 1.381.0*

Can u plz have the audio not automatically play when going through the stretches.

### 3/5 — Em Português, please!!

*2025-05-07*

Darei 5 estrelas quando mudaram a língua do aplicativo… Pois, parece ser muito bom!

### 3/5 — Language

*2025-04-12*

Possible get French app ?

### 2/5 — No arm injuries

*2025-03-09, version 1.381.0*

Looks good if you don’t have arm injuries. Useless for Tennis Elbow!

### 4/5 — Idioma

*2025-03-05*

### 4/5 — Great start! Can’t wait to see it grow!

*2024-11-02, version 1.381.0*

The integration with Strava is great. The ability to tune workouts to where your body needs the most help with soreness is an amazing feature.

There are three things each worth a 1/3 of a star from me if added:
1. HealthKit integration to write to Apple Health and read HR data from the Watch.
2. Automatically advancing timer with beeps and verbal prompts so I can start a stretch workout hit start and have it beep when to switch sides or progress.
3. Additional automated post workout stretches programs.

With those three things it’s an automatic 5 ⭐️!

### 4/5 — Français ??

*2024-10-20*

### 2/5 — Videos don’t play

*2024-10-06, version 1.372.0*

The content is good when it loads. But I can never get videos to play. Will often have to wait for at least a minute to see the animation start… load times should be much quicker when these are simple, few second long repeating animations

### 3/5 — Français

*2024-09-21*

### 3/5 — Could be more user friendly

*2024-09-08*

I like how the app has some workouts based on your Strava activities. But there are a few things that drive me crazy when you create your own workout.
When you edit your own workout, you can't change the name anymore.
If you edit the workout and delete some exercises and add new ones, the ones you deleted will be added.
If you edit the order, add some new exercise (remember to uncheck the one you deleted), the previous order will be restored.
The estimated time is never updated depending on the updated exercice, whether added or modified reps.

### 2/5 — Too expensive

*2024-08-20, version 1.361.0*

It’s a great app but too expensive for me. I am broke and just looking for an easy at home outlet. Deeply saddened by the price

### 2/5 — Pay Walled App

*2024-08-17, version 1.361.0*

Strava advertises for this app, and makes it extremely straight forward to download the app. At first I was super excited about it, and ready to start adding mobility and stretching to my daily routine. But as soon as I opened the app I realized that almost everything on it is behind the Strava subscriber pay wall. I deleted it immediately and returned to the Nike Training Club app, where most of the stretches and exercises are free.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Stale content and unreliable functionality when needed

*2025-10-18, version 1.429.0*

Started having some new pain after a race recently, and hoped to take advantage of this premium subscription benefit, but body part specific recovery routines are not able to be generated. Tried different routines. Deleted old routines. Cleared cache. Deleted and redownloaded app.(lost all remaining routines) No change. No new routines Contacted support 🤞🏼 This on top of what is and has been a very limited content library and clunky interface has made this a much less useful, valuable, and now reliable app than hoped and paid for.

### 1/5 — Recovery programs gone

*2025-10-14, version 1.429.0*

Sometime in the last week or two, my recovery programs disappeared.

### 1/5 — Dommage pas traduite en français

*2025-09-21*

### 1/5 — Functionally Dead

*2025-08-05, version 1.421.0*

The app hasn’t loaded new routines in forever and you have to pay for the stale routines it does have. Strava kind of ruined it.

### 1/5 — Was a great app until Strava took it over

*2025-07-30, version 1.421.0*

Was a great app until Strava took it over. Specifically now the interface is not as user or recovery content friendly. Additionally has way too many actions and permission asks to setup, get started, or add a program. The app has much less recovery content and in its place data tracking interfaces.

### 1/5 — Langue

*2024-12-29*

### 1/5 — Not worth it

*2024-12-12, version 1.381.0*

I thought this would be a great app that integrated with Strava, but with Strava’s recent move to kick out third party access it’s no longer worth the subscription.

### 1/5 — Langue

*2024-08-27*

### 1/5 — Unable to get started

*2024-06-13, version 1.361.0*

Requires a Recover account. Fine, I make one. Then it requires a Strava account with no option to skip. Fine, I’ll try to do that too. It won’t let me make an account with Strava. Gave up.

### 1/5 — Necessita de mais idiomas, como o português

*2024-03-23*

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Worth the subscription!

*2026-02-08, version 1.429.0*

A great bonus for Strava subscribers. Especially if you are lazy about stretching like me!

### 5/5 — Ótimo

*2025-10-22*

Ótimo app. Fácil de mexer e excelentes programas.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2025-03-06, version 1.381.0*

Great app I love using it for new routines and working off the soreness after races and long runs.

### 5/5 — Really works to address pain

*2024-07-22, version 1.361.0*

I used it for post-run back pain and it produced a short workout / stretch tailored to my training history AND IT WORKED IN MINUTES - my back pain disappeared. Amazing.

### 5/5 — Excellent .

*2024-05-13, version 1.355.0*

Clearly developed by a team of athlete engineers. Though I love working out, I have little patience for fitness/training apps. I’ve been feeling a little beat with the spring soccer season ending though so I decided to try Recover through my Strava subscription. It is perfect. Such appreciation for quality engineering. Incredibly user friendly, informative without being overwhelming, lots of useful features without being glitchy or tedious. From one engineer/athlete to another - excellent work and thank you.

### 5/5 — Stepping back up

*2024-04-07, version 1.347.0*

Great assistance in building back not only physical strength but mental when it comes to training after an injury. Easy to follow, enjoyable commentary and semi close to personal tailoring/training for any level of athlete. After having a knee injury I truly kneeded the easy to follow workouts to help pass the time when I can’t be fully back out running!

### 5/5 — First use

*2024-04-05, version 1.347.0*

Easy to set up, create a routine based on part of body targeted for recovery, and follow the steps.

### 5/5 — Edvinas

*2024-03-24, version 1.347.0*

Will see if any good just about to get it injury.

### 5/5 — Helping me get more flexible with less pain!!!

*2024-01-18, version 1.342.0*

As an older rider this helps with cramping and they are very convenient. I like being able focus on specific areas as well as using the pre-ride & post-ride stretches.

Big difference since started using!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

### 5/5 — Love it

*2023-11-27, version 1.330.0*

Great app I love using it for new routines and working off the soreness after races and long runs.
