This had been a great addition to my workout regime. It takes only a few minutes a day and helps me direct my training levels. After several months now of testing it, it seems to be dead on with the instructions it gives me. I used to ignore it when it said train light and paid the price in recovery. Now, I take my morning reading and follow it. Highly recommend it!
