Best personalized app for PTs who want to give individualized home exercise programs and not cookie-cutter stuff. Support team, especially Santo, has been very helpful with demos and answering questions. Also a great way to check-in with patients/clients using the built-in chat feature!

I’m a physical therapist and this is definitely the best HEP software that I’ve used.  My clinic’s looked at lots of different softwares, and were using a personal training software that kinda worked, but was still very admin / computer heavy because programs couldn’t be updated from the mobile app version… so you either had to log into the web based version (which was suuuuper tiny on mobile), or the therapists would have to add program modifications between patients (not ideal) or remember to have our front desk to update.  Definitely not efficient and lots of room for things falling through the cracks.  Recover reel has nailed making it easy for the therapists to update on their mobile.  No more HEPs slipping through the cracks.  Our patients seem to like this app better than our previous one as well!  Win win.
