## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — This app is a great way to express myself.

*2026-02-27, version 1.4.5*

I am extremely grateful for this app. It is almost perfect.

### 1/5 — Great way to stay connected to your recovery!

*2024-08-09*

What a wonderful tool to stay connected virtually to your care team as well as being able to independently interact with your own recovery. I find that it definitely helps me to keep my eye on sobriety and the meetingfinder, it’s easy to go ahead and locate one that’s convenient to you right here. Not to mention doing checklists - to stay mindful, keeping a schedule - which is super helpful to those of us getting back to the real world and schedules/time management. I know mine fell way off! I just like the fact that it’s like another supporter in my corner. You can never have too many supporters! Yay! We do recover!!!! I got this!!! And if you’re looking….You got this too!

### 4/5 — Above and Beyond

*2026-06-13*

The app is super helpful because sometimes the line is very long or the counselors are super busy, but this app allows me to get a hold of my counselor or provider or whoever I need to instantly. And it checks up on me and asks me vital questions to make sure I’m doing OK.
I would give this a five star, but the only thing is that this app can’t magically dose us through the phone. LOL other then that the App is PERFECT !!

### 4/5 — Mr. Wald writes a review..

*2024-09-18, version 1.3.7*

I happen to love the Recovery Connect app now that I am on the app and connected mind you, thank you very much…

### 4/5 — Extremely Neat Idea

*2024-03-28*

I’ve been in recovery for 8 years now and I’m just now joining this app. I think this app can be a wonderful tool as long as it’s been utilized by both the client and recovery team. However I’m finding that one side or the other is usually lacking. Either the client doesn’t use the app or the clinician ☹️which is really a shame because I can see this being a extremely useful tool especially in early recovery. < than the the first year. Could use a little more information and lessons toward recovery maintenance and goals and such… and I’d love to see a feature somewhat like that of a Facebook private group in app where you could talk to others in recovery not just your recovery team. Just thoughts ..

### 5/5 — I love the Recovery Connect- CMS

*2025-12-05*

It helps me learn new behaviors, to replace the bad behaviors. I keeps me accountable and it has resources, such as meeting, dates, and important reminders . I always me to get it all out of my system. It’s something that I have been doing for myself! It’s a great way to open up!

### 5/5 — 5⭐️ Life changer

*2025-11-21*

Going on almost 10 years of slow but steady mental health recovery. Started when this place was MARS (Methadone aid and recovery services). Was addicted to opioids at age 15 and spent 10 years on hard street drugs and pills. The ball and chain is all but gone but with patients come a long ways. Better Jobs, housing, credit scores, legality, and cared for by the clinic. These people are amazing and if you are on the fence just go! If I had known how easy it was to get this treatment I always say I would have done it sooner. We do change!
P.S. - some of y’all have no patients and get annoyed having to wait a little bit to get your dose. Pray you find some peace because these people helping you each day don’t deserve your poor attitude. Life could be worse lighten up.
