### 5/5 — Great app

*2024-05-02*

I use this as an ED therapist so clients can easily log food. It’s pretty easy to use and has a lot of great features. I had an issue with the app and the customer service was outstanding, which I really appreciate as a clinician who pays out of pocket for this app. Thank you so much.

### 5/5 — This app is awesome!

*2022-02-14*

There are so many useful tools on this app and they’re so accessible. It takes a little getting used to, but it’s worth it! Very user friendly and aesthetically pleasing

### 5/5 — Well done

*2017-12-15*

My clients and I are enjoying this app. One frustration is the inability of the client to log food from the day before if s/he gets busy and doesn’t get to it that day.

**Developer response:** FYI: Client's can back log up to three days of meals from "Check-In" -> "Back Log Meal".

### 5/5 — Best In Class

*2017-09-02*

Absolutely exceeded my expectations, and far surpasses every other eating disorder recovery app available- I've looked at them all.
Once I started putting Recovery Record into practise and customising the experience to the client was when I realised just how powerful this tool is. I saw almost overnight improvement that has continued to grow.

I can't recommend this highly enough to clinicians or any support person to someone battling an eating disorder. The app is free for a single patient, so try it! You'll never go back

### 1/5 — Won't open

*2017-06-26*

Won't even open for me after downloading

### 5/5 — Great App!!!!!

*2016-07-26*

I have been very impressed with this app. It has allowed my client and I to approach their eating disorder with a new and refreshing honesty. Instead of talking about what they ate and their behavior etc we have been able to talk about the thoughts, emotions and behaviors more comprehensively and used the data recorded in the app as a reference for conversation. It's been great. Definitely use this app!

### 4/5 — Fantastic app, but too pricey

*2016-05-02*

This app is really brilliant!it has a lot of features that are really useful including allowing clients to take photos of their meals along with a description and real time access. However there is an ongoing monthly payment for its use (dependent on how many clients you are using it for). Therefore unless the company you work for has it, it may not be a financially viable option.
Great app, just wish it was an outright affordable cost so I could invest in it.

### 4/5 — Please fix bug

*2016-02-08*

I love this app, and my clients do too. They find it helpful and I find it helpful to give feedback and monitor. However, After I downloaded the latest update it stopped giving me notifications and there are significant delays in the logs showing up. Please fix!

### 5/5 — Made information useable

*2015-04-09*

Simpler than imagined. Clear and meaningful way to interact with patients and they really appreciate using this app alongside them.

### 4/5 — Will elaborate soon

*2014-12-19*

Just starting using this app with patients this week +
