Those are great, however the app does not connect at all. Such a pain to spend so much on hardware and not be able to use all features. Won’t pair. The boots function without the app but were marketed to have more functionality when paired to the app. Very misleading. ### 1/5 — Not worth the money *2023-02-25, version 1.2.7* Received 1st Therabody Recovery Air Prime in January of 2023. Would not connect to the app. Returned the unit and waited 4 weeks for replacement. I did get connection through the Therabody app which raises the question of the purpose of the Recovery Air app. BTW I had initially tried the support chat but it was unavailable. However, they will not connect with the app via blue tooth. I have followed all of the instructions, including uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as multiple attempts to work with customer support via chat and email. Still not working and I am told there is no phone number to call. Seriously?! I will now be sending via email more details about our phone and this app and hope that an update to the app will fix this issue as I cannot use the more advanced features without the app. Very frustrating for such a high end product to have such limited support. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t recognize newest model *2023-01-09, version 1.2.7* I have the RecoveryAir Pro (gen 2) and it doesn’t show up as an option. The app refuses to pair and is worthless. Now it’s April and when I check the App Store it says”last update 4 months ago “ Guess what: still unable to pair my $1000 device!!!!! And support keeps sending emails asking if they solved my issues!!!! Pretty disappointed ### 2/5 — Just ok. *2022-04-01, version 1.2.7* RecoveryAir Prime feels good from just operating from the box. However unable to connect via Bluetooth like it has been advertised. Quite disappointing for paying that much money and features don’t work. ### 2/5 — Initial Setup Issues *2021-11-05, version 1.2.6* Purchased the RecoveryAir Pro from a local running shop. The device itself is amazing however, have been unsuccessful at pairing the device to this app. Have tried twice with customer support and have attempted with my device as well as another unit at the shop I bought it from. None of use could get a device to become searchable in the app despite following all of the procedures. Still no word on what to do from Therabody. **Developer response:** This issue is fixed with new app update.
