Very poor design. Very poor support. Very poor functionality.

I deleted it after 5 minutes. Like other reviews, I agree this app is an embarrassment in comparison to what members are charged in membership fees. It appears by the date of other reviews that the app has been a mess for six years. Obviously, Recplex doesn’t care enough to do anything for its loyal members to correct the issue.

This is the worst app I have ever used. Because it gets stuck in the loading mode, I have to delete the entire app and re-download it just to see the class list. This happens every single time I go in to use the app.

This App is useless, very poorly made and designed. The layout is unintuitive, and the content is hard to find. Outside listing what programs it has available, this app basically trash. Deleted it shortly after downloading it.

I can scan in with this. No more swipe card necessary. I can see my visits, my transactions, register for classes. I can out my credit card on account and not have to enter every time. Pay my childcare balance. See the free class schedule. Book birthday parties and racquetball. I cannot wait to see what is coming next!
