I love using your app for all sorts of things, but I don’t like how you can only do a one-time purchase for the credits until my subscription is up! Not fun or fair!

Truly useless for anything I needed. It barely understand anything, couldn’t generate images with a transparent background (claimed it was, but was just generated white/grey squares) then when I complained to it, it generated images of my complaints instead of realising I was telling it it had done the wrong thing.

Tolle Vektorgrafiken, kreativ und guter Kundenservice! 

Ich brauchte eine gute Möglichkeit Vektorgrafiken zu erstellen- die herkömmlichen KIs sehen für mich oft nach KI aus. Außerdem brauchte ich Ideen für Verpackungen etc. bei Recraft bin ich fündig geworden. Auch die hohe Auflösung und die wirklich guten Ideen haben mich überzeugt. 
Nachteil: Kredits sind relativ teuer. 

Ich hatte einen Fehler in meinem Abonement (selbstverschuldet) der Kundenservice hat auf Grund der Zeitverschiebung lange gedauert aber sie haben das Porblem auf Kulanz behoben.

It’s really weak both from generation, performance, creativity and user interface. I just wanted to improve a design that I had created with ChatGPT but many many times it was going to sleep without any response or outputs from my prompts and the most annoying thing was that although I couldn’t get any results from my prompts, it was reducing my credit.
So I cancelled my Pro subscription after couple of hours. Waste of money

I downloaded the Recraft mobile app because your website advertises T-shirt mockups and directed me to install the app. During onboarding, the app also asked if I planned to create T-shirt mockups, so I reasonably expected that feature to be available. After signing up, I discovered that mockups are only available on the desktop/web version. Please either add mockup support to the mobile app or clearly state during download and onboarding that this feature is desktop-only to avoid misleading users

None of their models work. Each time a generation fails, it takes your credit and all it says is Oops.. generation failed. Then when you reach out to support, they don’t even reply to you. I wish I had read the 1 star reviews before I purchased.
