Ich habe heute versucht eine Rebowl Schüssel zurückzugeben, was leider nicht funktioniert hat. Das Restaurant, aus dem die Schüssel stammt, hatte leider Ruhetag, weswegen ich die Rebowl in anderen Cafés zurückgeben wollte. Ich hatte also in der App geschaut, welche Läden noch Rebowl Schüsseln anbieten. Aber im ersten Laden habe ich die Info bekommen, dass sie die Schüsseln bzw. diese Größe nicht verwenden und deswegen nicht zurücknehmen und im zweiten Laden war es genau so, diese Größe wird nicht verwendet und deswegen nicht zurückgenommen. Nachdem ich also eine halbe Stunde ohne Erfolg durch die Stadt gelaufen bin, habe ich beschlossen, die Schüssel wieder mit nach Hause zu nehmen und das nächste Mal (wenn kein Ruhetag ist) im ursprünglichen Restaurant zurückzugeben. Es wäre deswegen sehr praktisch, wenn in der App nicht nur angezeigt wird, wer Becher und/oder Schüsseln zurücknimmt, sondern wenn man noch irgendwie anzeigen könnte, wer welche Größen zurücknimmt.

Die Idee ist gut. Leider kann ich ohne Account die App nicht nutzen. Das ist eine Barriere. Barrierefrei geht anders. Und wenn ich nicht Allem zustimme, zeigt die App mir auch keine Karte an. Schade. Ich habe eine Kartenapp, warum soll ich jetzt auch noch Google zustimmen?!? Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben.

Tolle Idee, aber Datenschutz funktioniert nicht. Die Karte lässt sich überhaupt nicht öffnen, wenn nicht ALLE Cookies akzeptiert sind. Essenzielle allein sollten ausreichen, das lässt sich aber nicht mal anklicken. Bitte dringend nachbessern. So aktuell nicht nutzbar und nicht ganz legal…

Das anmelden über Apple geht leider nicht ausserdem kann man Apple Pay nicht als Karte nutzen.

Das 1€ Pfand kann man auch nur bar auszahlen lassen was zu Pandemie Zeiten eine Katastrophe ist.

Ich unterstütze das ReCup System voll und ganz. Deswegen nominiere ich auch gerne Partner. Jetzt wäre es natürlich ideal wenn man seine Nominierungen nachverfolgen kann und sieht in welchem Status die Nominierung dir. Bei erfolgreicher Partner Vermittlung einen Kaffee for free wäre auch was 😅

Tolle App/ Konzept, um Einwegverpackungen zu vermeiden und es kommen immer mehr Lokale dazu. App ist einfach und tut, was sie soll.

Auto-fill function does not work properly, so I have to get my credit card and type in all data (including address, e-mail) manually. Bummer. Wonder how many people you lost because of bad UX. And why is PayPal and other payment methods not supported? Great idea, disappointing app
