## What is Recure?

Recure is a household chore tracker built for couples, flatmates and small families. No more "whose turn was it this week?" — the app picks who's up next, rotation stays fair, and you both see the same list.

WHAT MAKES RECURE DIFFERENT

• Rotation, not assignments. Pick two or more people for a chore and turns shift automatically after each completion. Home always shows whose turn it is now — and who's next.
• Shared, not divided. One household, one list — open the app on either phone and you're looking at the same chores.
• Warm, not nagging. Streaks, gentle colors, and stats about what your house did together — no leaderboards, no scorekeeping.

HOW IT WORKS

• Answer a quick quiz and get a starter chore list that fits your home
• Invite your partner with a link or a QR code they can just scan
• Add your own chores and set how often they repeat (every 2 days, 7 days, etc.)
• Tap the check when done — the turn passes to the next person automatically
• Started solo? Add your partner by name and rotation is ready the moment they join
• Reset the invite code anytime if you share it with the wrong person

WEEKLY STATS

See your house's week at a glance — chores completed, your streak, and a daily activity chart. It's about what got done together, not who did more.

PRIVACY

No ads. No tracking. Your household data lives on your account and is shared only with household members. You can delete your account any time from Settings.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-08-26

A big one — almost every screen got some love.

GETTING STARTED, REBUILT
• A quick quiz tailors your starter chores to what actually slips at your place
• See and pick chores before you even sign up — your home is created automatically
• Sign in with Google

INVITING YOUR PARTNER
• QR code on the invite sheet — just let them scan it
• Home shows a waiting card after you invite, with the code and one-tap resend
• Rotation preview before your partner joins: add them by name, turns start on day one

AROUND THE HOUSE
• Home now says whose turn it is — and who's next
• A small handoff line after each complete, so the baton visibly passes
• Due dates read like a calendar, not an overdue guilt trip
• Weekly stats show your house's week together — no leaderboards, no scorekeeping
• Pinch-and-zoom circle crop for avatars (HEIC photos welcome)
• Notifications say "your turn" / "you're next", with a new notification settings screen

Plus clearer error messages with Retry, smoother sign-up, and dozens of fixes. Questions or ideas: support@getrecure.com
