I try to edit a post and I click on it and I have to fight with it to open then when it does, I click on edit and can’t get it to open. Thank you. ### 3/5 — Great service, looking forward to better UX *2026-02-14* I’m a freelance social media manager and manage accounts for multiple brands across different platforms. This service is AWESOME and exactly what I need to keep my work centralized instead of scattered. Both the app and web platform, however, are clunky to use and could be more intuitive. The UX writing on the app also differs in places from the writing on the web platform; it would be helpful if language and visuals were more consistent between the two platforms. I’m looking forward to seeing this app’s UX develop in its ease of use over time because the service itself is so useful. ### 3/5 — Great features, just one problem *2024-10-18* The app does not allow you to save videos and schedule them to your social accounts. I’ve found that if the video is lengthy, then it will not save. This is inconvenient when I want to schedule my posts. Now I have to login on that day and post it without scheduling ahead. I find the user interface of both the app and the site, a little old style, and perhaps it does not help the UX very much. I’ve been using it for 6/7 months I reckon and support has always been incredibly responsive when I reach out. Even to the point of me reaching out with a question, they indicate that feature doesn’t exist, and then 4 months later they reach out to me saying the feature exists now and asking for my thoughts on it. Like wow! The overall function of the app is really good too.
