近所のエコファミリーBOXを利用していますが、アプリのステーション検索で検索できないのはなぜ？ホームページでは検索できるのに不思議？

近所にエコファミリーがあるので、毎日エコポイント取得しに行っていたのに、急にアプリが開かなくなりました。一日も早いアップデートをお願いしたい。

アプリ自体に不満はないが、景品で当たったKindleを立ち上げたら知らない男性の名前で起動して不審に思った。中古か何かで以前の登録者が消えていなかった模様。使えるなら良いかと自分の名前でログインしたが1ヶ月もしないうちに壊れた。充電して電源を入れても画面が明るくなるだけですこし操作すると落ちてしまう。ごみだった。

最初はいいアプリだと思いました。
突然アプリ内のスタンプが押せなくなり、調べても解決方法がわからなかったのでメールで問い合わせたところ"アプリを再インストールしてください"に従ったら今までのポイントが消えました。
また問い合わせたらスマホの機種か何か聞かれただけでポイントは0になったまま"何かありましたら連絡致します"で終わり。どうせ連絡は来ないと思っています。
何も解決せずに終わりました。最悪です。
