## What is Red Alert?

Red Alert je krizová komunikační platforma pro organizace, hasičské sbory, obce a záchranné složky.

Hlavní funkce:
• Okamžité odesílání krizových upozornění členům organizace
• Push notifikace s nejvyšší prioritou — upozornění probudí i ztišený telefon
• Chatovací místnosti pro koordinaci týmů v reálném čase
• Správa kontaktů a organizační struktura
• Sledování polohy členů během zásahu
• Podpora více organizací pod jedním účtem
• Přehledný dashboard s aktivními výstrahami

Red Alert pomáhá zachraňovat životy tím, že zajišťuje spolehlivé a okamžité doručení kritických informací všem členům organizace. Žádná zpráva se neztratí.

Aplikace je určena pro registrované organizace. Pro přístup je potřeba pozvánka od správce organizace.

### 1.9 — 2026-08-07

GPS Map Picker
Users can now select their exact GPS location directly from an interactive map. Instead of manually typing coordinates, they can tap "Select from map", pick a point by tapping on the map, and confirm. The map automatically centers on the organization's address. This works in personal settings, organization settings, and when editing users or devices as an admin.

Device GPS
Administrators can now set and edit a custom GPS location and location note for devices — this was not possible before.

App name
The app name has been corrected from "RedAlert" to "Red Alert" throughout the app, including the install prompt, 2FA setup, and registration emails.

PWA install icon fix
The correct app icon now appears in the browser install prompt when installing the web app on Windows or Android.

### 1.8 — 2026-07-31

Bug Fix: "Send to Monitoring" now works correctly
Alerts configured with "Do not send to monitoring" will no longer appear in connected monitoring organizations. This applies retroactively — alerts created while monitoring was disabled will remain hidden even if the setting is later changed.

Swipe to navigate between pages
You can now swipe left or right to switch between the main sections of the app for faster, more intuitive navigation.

Improved GPS location info
The custom GPS location settings now show a note clarifying that the custom location applies to desktop/web access only. On mobile devices, the real-time GPS position is always used when sending alerts.

Performance: Automatic session cleanup
Expired and revoked login sessions are now automatically removed from the database daily, keeping the system lean without affecting active users.

This update brings new collaboration and monitoring tools:
• Online members indicator – instantly see who from your team is currently online and active.
• Organization notes – add and share notes about monitored organizations directly from the Statistics screen.
• Improved Monitoring & Statistics – organization logos now appear across Monitoring and Statistics for easier identification at a glance.
• Monitoring transparency – organizations can now see who is monitoring them right inside Settings.
• Support contact – quickly reach us via the new support email link in Settings.
• Various performance improvements and bug fixes.
