I’ve complained multiple times via email but they never fix it. It's unreliable. Better to not reload your gift card balance because you’ll never know if you’ll be able to use it, especially now that they’v closed stores after filing for bankruptcy.

If you try to order while in a store you cannot set it to immediately. It defaults to 15 minutes. So you have to go tell a barista thus defeating the purpose of using the app. Worse, when you add credit to the app you can't just order at the counter using a QR code from the app. Finally if you get a code from Red Bay for a discount there is no where to enter it. A lot of frustration. Please improve this.
