I would like to schedule an appointment. This should be an easy task. If Red Cross wants to encourage people to donate blood, Red Cross should design an app that is easy to use. 
Please use correct English. ‘Wanna’ is not a word.
The website is inefficient also. I’m looking at the app, hoping to schedule an appointment because the website is also difficult to navigate.
All personal encounters with Red Cross staff have been very positive. 
I’d also like to thank you for the $15.00 gift card.

I need to change appointment time from noon to three o’clock on Friday at noon on may 26 th to three pm on that date.  Can this be done???
