Never missed a beat the whole time. At €15 euro per gig it is not exactly cheap but it’s a lot cheaper than onboard WiFi and allows you to keep in touch should you need too. Jetzt nutze ich einfach diese App, kann meine normale Nummer weiterbenutzen und einfach jedesmal 5€ für 5GB ausgeben und als normale Mobilen Daten benutzen egal ob ich Zuhause bin oder im Ausland. I then spent 30 minutes on a chat with a live person who basically said its my problem and nothing she could do. I am halfway through the trip and relying on wifi. Awful producy for me, below average customer service, I feel utterly ripped off with money spent on nothing. Use anyother competitor and Apple should consider taking this app down to protect its users. A complete waste of money ### 1/5 — Misleading Claims - unusable on P&O Britannia *2025-07-26, version 1.7.27* I purchased this eSIM to use on a recent cruise to Norway on P&O Britannia. The Red Bull site clearly states that it works on that ship so I felt happy purchasing the 1GB option for €15. Apart from a very brief connection on day one of the trip, it never worked again. Not even a weak service, no connection at all. At first I thought it might be my iPhone but then I discovered others on board suffering exactly the same issue. On returning home I contacted Red Bull’s Customer Service team who offered no helpful resolution and were clearly not interested. Good connection and I could share it with my wife. On an iPhone you need to keep the WiFi on and turn your mobile data off for your normal number. Then turn on the mobile data for the RedBull eSIM.
