An application that does not compare to the rest of the operators such as Mobily, Sawa and Zain, a bad service, and the application most of the time there are errors and you cannot receive the electronic chip. I do not advise anyone to use this operator. It is the worst in Saudi Arabia. This is unbelievable. This application is supposed to be in a poor country compared to the rest of the operators.

The older version was superb, this new version do not show the usage of my current bundle. I do not get my basic informations. Please fix this issue. Other than that the app is great , super easy to use and navigate .

حرفيًا أسوأ تطبيق. الشبكة مقبولة، لكن التطبيق نفسه مزعج جدًا ومليان تهنيق. أحيانًا تضغط الزر مرة ويخليك تضغط مرتين، وحتى الأكواد تنرسل مرتين. فيه مشاكل كثيرة بسبب البطء واللاق. أتمنى يجددون التطبيق أو يطلقون تطبيق جديد بدل محاولة إصلاح الأخطاء الحالية

I'm extremely disappointed twice with the Red Bull mobile app due to recurring issues that have cost me money. Despite multiple complaints, the issues persist, and I'm not alone. Many users have faced similar problems.

If you've experienced similar issues and had your complaints closed without resolution, here's a tip: note the ticket number and escalate to @CST (Communication, Space and Technology Commission) in Saudi Arabia online They can help resolve disputes.

Be cautious, and hope Red Bull addresses these issues soon.

This looks really great. The application is very clean and well designed. The homepage clearly shows all important information about the package you have, including calling details, mobile data, and missed calls, which makes it very easy to understand your current status at a glance.

Overall, the experience is smooth, but I feel the app could be even better with less scrolling. Some pages require scrolling quite far down, which affects usability. The “Coming Soon” page could be shown as a simple banner instead of a full page, and later link to a dedicated page once the feature is live.

I also noticed that the Home, plus (+), and Shop sections seem to offer very similar functionality. Merging these into a single section could reduce duplication and make navigation clearer and more intuitive.

Overall, a very good app with a clean interface, just a few UX refinements could make it even better.

I’m very happy to have Red bull sim and it’s fabulous budget friendly packages in KSA as per the needs. Though the networks aren’t good but it serves the purpose. I don’t have to worry about local minutes, data and sms at all 😍
Just need to work on strong network availability only.
