Training. Ever. Of all time. *2019-01-09* This app makes training so much easier. Getting persona videos describing each move and how they work really helps the understanding of the moves. Shihan Chris Casamassa is an amazing instructor and a great example to the kids and adults alike. All of the instructors make it fun and exciting. This app brings it all together. It also lets those training for a long time able to fine tune and hone forms and weapons that have not been performed in a long time.
